Great to meet you!

After more than a decade of experience working in higher levels of care, I'm excited to open my private practice to the community. I have experience helping folks with everything from long standing eating disorders to recent relationship break ups.

My approach to therapy

I am a talk therapist with a psychodynamic approach. That means that I am interested in your past and how it's shaped you into who you are. The feelings and the patterns that emerge from your story give us good information about where to tweak or adjust.

What you can expect from me

Clients often report feeling more curious and less judgmental about themselves and others after a course of therapy. The best outcomes are when clients report their new ability to talk back to their inner critic and let go of the set of harsh rules they used to live by.
