Great to meet you!

Hi! I hold a Masters degree in Counseling. I have 10 years of experience including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, college campuses, MHMR, private practice, trauma counseling centers, and crisis intervention. I am certified in EMDR and CBT, trained in CPT, and am "IFS Informed" through the IFS Institute. As a neurodivergent person, I understand the complexities that come with chronic conditions. I am passionate about overall wellbeing, reaching goals & a better quality of life!

My approach to therapy

While I can, and sometimes do, use well-known approaches such as CBT, I believe those approaches can be unhelpful. I prefer approaches such as EMDR, IFS, person-centered, existential, DBT, and ACT. My areas of focus include: relationship/marriage concerns, gentle parenting, Level 1 (high masking) Autism (self-diagnosed included), ADHD, PTSD/C-PTSD/Trauma, attachment concerns, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, etc.

What you can expect from me

I approach clients with a warm, validating, and collaborative approach. I work with each client to understand their relevant past, current concerns, and goals/directions they desire for themselves. I am a deep thinker by nature and work best with client's that approach life from a deep thinking / nuanced way. I provide direct feedback & challenge you, while also encouraging you to choose your own path. I value each client's perspective.
