Great to meet you!
Welcome! I’m Bridgette Wilson, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with seven years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journeys.Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or other challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone—and I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I work with clients of all ages and have a special interest in conditions such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, depression, alcohol use concerns, OCD, and personality disorders. My background in pediatric critical care and nursing leadership also helps me offer a grounded, compassionate perspective to both children and adults.
A Bit About Me:
I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to the U.S. at age 11. My journey took me from Florida to New York and back again, where I combined my love for psychology and healthcare by earning degrees in both fields. I began my career as a critical care nurse, working with pediatric and neonatal populations, before transitioning into psychiatric practice in 2018. I hold a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Florida International University.
