Great to meet you!

I am very laid back and enjoy joking around with friends and family. It’s important to me that the people I interact with feel heard and cared for, no matter what situation they’re going through. While my conversational style is relaxed, I’m still a pretty straight forward person and am able to provide accountability. I also encourage clients to be straight forward with me about their needs and concerns, no matter what they are! I’m here for you!

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a comfortable environment where clients feel able to be themselves and get the most out of their time. I want the client to feel empowered to work towards managing their mental health, and will help them to build the confidence to do so no matter what life throws their way. We will work together to build the skills needed to tackle, improve and maintain mental health!

What you can expect from me

The first session will be about getting to know you. Learning about the struggles and symptoms you're dealing with and setting goals for our time together moving forward.
