Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and weight-related concerns, offering personalized treatment plans that may include medication management and therapeutic support. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, focusing on your unique goals and needs.

I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health and am committed to ongoing learning to provide the most effective, up-to-date care. I strive to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I aim to help all of my patients with their mental health, whether it is with their ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, or any other mental health concern they may have. I have a transparent approach to my care and pride myself on offering patient autonomy. I have a deeper understanding of ADHD as I also have ADHD and grew up and completed schooling fully unmedicated until the last semester of my graduate degree. This gives me a great insight to be able to help those struggling with ADHD or who feel they may have ADHD.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding your unique experiences, concerns, and goals. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, and any previous treatments.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being open and heard. Together, we will begin identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what changes you’d like to see.

By the end of the session, you can expect a clear understanding of potential diagnoses, an initial treatment plan, and next steps. This may include medication options (if appropriate), therapy recommendations, and practical strategies to help you start feeling better.

This is a collaborative process. I’m here to support, guide, and work alongside you every step of the way.
