Great to meet you!

I'm Dr. Brittany Rubin, a Clinical Psychologist practicing in Colorado. I bring a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy that meets you where you are—whether that's through online sessions or even outdoor walk-and-talk therapy. I believe in making therapy accessible and comfortable, adapting to what works best for your lifestyle and preferences. My practice is built on clear communication, genuine support, and removing barriers so you can focus on what matters most: your growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, adaptable, and focused on your unique needs. I work with a variety of clients and insurance providers to ensure therapy is accessible to you. I believe in creating a supportive, straightforward therapeutic experience where you feel heard and understood. Whether we're meeting virtually or taking a therapeutic walk outdoors, I tailor our sessions to what helps you feel most comfortable and engaged. I prioritize continuity of care and smooth transitions, making sure administrative details never get in the way of your progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session typically begins with a brief 15-minute consultation call where we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and determine if we're a good fit. This is a no-pressure conversation to help us both feel confident about working together. From there, we'll schedule your first full session at a time that works with your schedule. You can expect a welcoming, tech-enabled experience where I'll guide you through any necessary steps and answer your questions. My goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so we can focus on your therapeutic goals from day one.
