Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany, a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, anxiety, and OCD. I help women who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. My approach is structured, supportive, and evidence-based, focused on helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

I use EMDR, CBT, I-CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP), DBT-informed skills, and somatic therapy to reduce symptoms and support long-term healing. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, process trauma safely, and build tools that help your mind and body feel more regulated.

Clients describe my style as warm, calm, and grounding. I provide a predictable, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, understand your patterns, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

If you're tired of overthinking, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or feeling drained from carrying everything alone, I’m here to help you move toward stability, relief, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and evidence-based, integrating the mind, body, and emotional system to support meaningful change. I combine cognitive and somatic strategies to address both symptoms and root causes, and may incorporate movement or body-based processing when helpful for releasing stored emotions.

Clients describe my style as calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I provide a structured, safe environment where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and build skills that promote long-term healing and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we explore what brought you to therapy at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll ask gentle questions to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, and we’ll begin identifying the patterns impacting your well-being. You won’t need to prepare or have the “right words”—I’ll guide the process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of direction and a grounded plan for moving forward.
