Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and have experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, and life transitions.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I am passionate about helping people gain insight, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I strive to create a genuine partnership with my clients, where we can work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.

I work with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences and am committed to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and lasting change can occur.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe lasting change comes from developing a better understanding of yourself while also learning skills you can use in everyday life.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward creating a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

There is no pressure to share everything right away. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have a space where they can talk openly and begin creating a plan for moving forward.
