I am an LMFT with over 10,000 hours of various experience ranging from community based services to private practice. I attended Pacifica Graduate Institute with a focus on depth psychology. I specialize in attachment, relationship patterns, codependency, and emotional overwhelm.
My approach is warm, relational, and depth-oriented, helping you understand the roots of your patterns while building stronger boundaries, self-trust, and more stable, connected relationships. I integrate modalities that will serve you best from attachment-based therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness/meditation, and other psychodynamic approaches.
In our first session we will get to know each other, explore your background, presenting problem, and goals for working together to decide if we are a good fit. We will keep it as light and friendly as possible while addressing your concerns.
