Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Bryttani, a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience and a Master's in Counseling Psychology specializing in stress, anxiety, and navigating dating and relationship challenges - welcome to my practice! Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and this can be a space where you can slow down and just be yourself.

I often support women with self-worth and identity who find themselves overthinking, losing themselves in relationships, or repeating patterns that leave them feeling stuck.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, and together we work towards building clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Outside of work, I enjoy creative outlets like painting and design.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use practical tools to help with things like anxiety and stress while also exploring deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so i tailor my approach to each client and their unique needs. I create a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged and we’ll work together at your pace to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life. As a black therapist, I also value creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and culturally supported.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you and what’s been weighing on you. You can expect a relaxed, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll help guide the conversation so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. By the end, you’ll have a better sense of what working together will look like and feel like.
