Great to meet you!

Clients seeking to work with me might be someone who is looking to work on their issues that they feel have been hindering them from getting what they want or feeling how they want. Their needs may be to work on anxiety, depression or ADHD. Their goals might be learning some coping skills or start building routines outside their comfort zone. These may be goals to help improve their day to day lives, relationship, work/life balance.

I've had experiences with a broad array of people and different mental health needs through my Master's Degree program and my professional experience since leaving school.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person centered approach and a trauma informed approach to therapy. I like to meet people where they are. I also believe in being a real person and just the therapist. This allows us to work on that which really matters to you.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy listening to clients and providing a judgement free zone to them to make them feel safe and heard.
