Great to meet you!

I'm a mental health counselor with roots in teaching and social emotional learning; that background shapes the way I show up with clients, with patience, curiosity, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity to grow. At the heart of my work is empathy and deep listening; I want every client to feel truly met, not just heard.

My approach to therapy

My work is gentle and holistic, drawing on mindfulness, self-compassion, and evidence-based practices to support the whole person, not just the presenting struggle. I often work with anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My approach is about helping you understand your symptoms and come home to yourself.

I believe healing happens in relationship; our sessions are collaborative, unhurried, and shaped around what you actually need in any given moment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect softness with structure; a space where there's no performance required. You'll be met without judgment, and your experience will be validated, even the parts that feel messy or unclear. My hope is that you'll leave sessions with a little more clarity, a little more self-compassion, and practical tools that actually feel usable in your life; not just insight, but a felt sense of change. Growth here is gradual and real, built one session at a time.
