I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey. I found my passion and started working in the counseling field 12 years ago, specializing in substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and life's other stressors. I hope to create a space where my clients do not feel judged but feel supported as we navigate life's challenges together.
I recognize each person is on their own journey and spend quality time working with my clients and choosing the best treatment option that fits their individual needs. I am a flexible therapist who enjoys exploration of multiple evidenced-based strategies that work for my clients to achieve desired change.
