Great to meet you!

With over fifteen years in the field, I have developed a personal style that fuses validation with exploration, and humor with honesty. I love to work with ages 12 and up, with particular interest in life transitions, aging, and motherhood. I am EMDR trained and have worked for a long time with chronic trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use a mix of EMDR, motivational interviewing, ACT, and am learning IFS. I mostly believe that having a positive relationship is the most important part of therapy.

What you can expect from me

I want you to be able to rely more on the tools and abilities you already have. You are the expert of your own life, and I want to be a support to help you feel more is possible.
