Great to meet you!

I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor and my focus is to help individuals to heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a humanistic and client centered approach, neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. My mission is to help you grow from your struggles, develop a positive way of thinking, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will work towards helping you live a purposeful life for the future. I assist with coping with anger, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I practice EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing to address mental health issues. I promote wellness through teaching meditation and relaxation skills and create a supportive environment that promotes wellness. Therapy is the first step to 'Anchor Your Life' to what is good and to what is important and brings happiness.

What you can expect from our first session
