I have a profound understanding for individuals dealing w/life hardships, transitions from high school to college/adult life phases, grief/loss & a variety of mental health illnesses ranging from anxiety, trauma-induced disorder(s) to individuals dealing recovering from substance use/addiction behavioral issues. My approach to therapy

I use a holistic evidence-based approach. I am in trained in Motivational Interviewing/Motivational Enhancement, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Informed-Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused/Assertive Commitment Therapy & Substance Use/Co-Occurring disorders. Also, offer some Christian or Spiritual counseling.
