Great to meet you!

I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings with individuals with a broad range of symptoms diagnoses over the past 12 years. As a therapist, I believe in the power of growth, resilience, and the strength each person already holds within them. My approach is rooted in a combination of evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on Positive Psychology and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I draw from a variety of therapeutic models to tailor sessions to your unique goals, personality, and pace. I am also qualified to provide ERP (exposure response prevention) therapy to those struggling with OCD symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on helping individuals develop practical tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and navigating life’s challenges with greater balance. I support clients in building skills around mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Through the lens of positive psychology, we explore your strengths, values, and sources of meaning to create lasting, sustainable change.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to deepen your self-awareness, I'm here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based support. Therapy is not just about healing—it's about thriving.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with empathy and curiosity. We'll work together to build practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and navigating stress with more confidence. You’ll learn how to stay grounded in the present moment, set healthy boundaries, and approach challenges with greater self-awareness and resilience. Over time, our work will help you reconnect with your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.
