Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Carla Bang, a licensed therapist. For more than 25 years, I’ve guided individuals, families and groups through life’s most challenging experiences, including major life transitions, grief and loss of any kind, and the emotional impact of illness and caregiving. I offer a caring, supportive space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. I’m here to walk alongside you—you don’t have to do this alone. Isn’t it time you had the support you deserve?

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor your care to fit your unique needs and goals. When we work together, you are at the center of your therapy. You're the expert on your own life, and the ability to change already lives within you. We'll move at your pace, focusing on what matters to you, building on your strengths, and creating a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I'll learn about you—your wishes, your values, and what matters most to you. Together, we'll create a plan to help you move toward the life you want. I look forward to working with you!
