Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual therapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by trauma, stress, and life transitions. My clinical work is grounded in a developmental, attachment-based, and trauma-informed framework, with additional training in approaches such as the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), EMDR, and Theraplay.

My approach to therapy

I have experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, and family or relational difficulties. Much of my work focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences and stress impact the nervous system, relationships, and day-to-day functioning.

In my practice, I integrate relational, experiential, and body-based approaches alongside cognitive strategies, tailoring therapy to each client’s developmental stage, strengths, and goals. I also work closely with caregivers when supporting children and teens, offering guidance and tools to strengthen connection and support progress outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of comfort and trust.

During this session, we will talk about what brings you in, any current concerns, and what you hope to get out of therapy. For children and teens, this often includes time with caregivers to gather important context and begin identifying ways to support connection at home. You can expect a pace that feels respectful and attuned—there is no pressure to share everything right away. My goal in the first session is for you to feel heard, supported, and to leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together may look like.
