I've been practicing therapy for the past 5 years working with kids through senior age. Prior to that I worked with teenagers at a residential facility who had autism with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD etc. I have a MA from Medaille College and a CAS in trauma studies from Grand Canyon University.

I'm a passenger to your story. I'm along for the ride. I'm person centered with an integrated therapy approach. There is no one size fits all.
