Great to meet you!

With 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both deep clinical expertise and a strong understanding of the human side of healing. I hold a Master’s in Counseling as well as an MBA, which allows me to approach care with both compassion and a thoughtful, holistic perspective. I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, depression, and anxiety, helping clients better understand their experiences, build coping tools, and create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move toward healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe life is about more than simply surviving — it’s about learning how to enjoy your life and live it with greater purpose, balance, and fulfillment. In therapy, I take a collaborative approach and work in partnership with my clients to help them identify their goals, navigate challenges, and make meaningful progress. My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to build on their strengths, develop effective tools for growth, and move toward the life they want and deserve.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm, compassionate, and empathetic approach rooted in active listening and genuine understanding. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered as we work together toward healing, growth, and meaningful life goals.
