Great to meet you!

Licensed Therapist | Eating Disorder & PTSD Specialist | Educator

With a background in psychology and years of experience working with clients facing eating disorders and PTSD, I specialize in providing integrated, compassionate care. I’ve treated individuals at higher levels of care, including being Assistant Clinical Director at residential program for eating disorders, where I helped guide clinical teams in providing high-quality, holistic treatment.

I focus on the importance of treating both PTSD and eating disorders simultaneously, recognizing the deep connection between the two. In addition to my clinical work, I offer training for professionals, emphasizing this integrated approach to healing.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your recovery, I’m here to help guide you on your journey to healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a tailored approach to therapy, integrating modalities like CBT, CPT (nationally certified), DBT, and ACT to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you're seeking healing from trauma, struggling with eating-related issues, or managing both, my goal is to offer compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers you to overcome challenges.

I believe healing is a collaborative process, and as your therapist, I will guide you, validate your experiences, and challenge you to grow at your own pace. In addition to individual therapy, I provide educational training on the intersection of PTSD and eating disorders, helping both clients and professionals understand the importance of integrated care.

If you're ready to make meaningful change, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

If you decide to work with me, know that I will be there to support you every step of the way on your recovery journey. However, I believe that therapy is a two-way process. I will never work harder than you, and together, we will push past the barriers that keep you from healing.

Therapy can be tough, but you won’t face it alone. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard and validated. I will also challenge the thought patterns that may be holding you back from recovery—helping you break free from old habits and create lasting change. Mental freedom, the goal.

As your therapist, I’m a great listener, and I will consistently check in on your needs, ensuring that our work together is always aligned with your goals. You’ll leave each session with practical insights and tools and feel empowered to continue your healing outside of therapy.
