Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Bachelors degree from UC Berkeley and my Masters in Social Work from USC. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2014 and I focus on using evidence based models of therapy to support people through some of the most challenging moments in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My style is to meet people where they are in their journey of healing. There is not a "one size fits all" approach so I focus on learning about strengths and challenges. My goal is to support my clients with learning how to manage their emotional self outside of therapy. I specialize in solution-focused models of care including DBT and CBT.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to allow space for talk therapy to identify an area to focus on for each session. I always make recommendations for "homework" using evidence based skills to practice throughout the week.
