Great to meet you!

Therapy is a healing journey you decide to take for yourself, like a road trip or a walk in nature. You chose your path. You decide turns, destinations, stops, starts and what to say and do along the way. I am here helping you navigate your healing journey in therapy. I will be your guide providing you with routes, options and tools to support you. Life can be hard, unexpected and busy. I provide a safe, private space using ‘talk therapy’ to discuss things challenging you or your struggles. We work on solutions together, as you and I help you work toward the goals you want to achieve by using your natural gifts, and strengths.

My approach to therapy

I use strengths based, individualized, self-determined practice with an eclectic approach to mental health therapy. I have experience with cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and mindful therapies to help individuals work toward their chosen mental and life goals. I specialize in grief/loss, caregiving, aging and personal development therapy.

What you can expect from me

Life can be challenging and sometimes easily overwhelming. Therapy can be a time to focus on you, your unique struggles, and how they impact your mental health and well being. Therapy is a chance to learn, grow and develop ways to manage mental health challenges. You bring natural gifts and graces to therapy, and now is the time to learn how to use them.
