Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked in outpatient settings since beginning my career. My experience includes supporting individuals who have faced trauma, family challenges, substance use, depression, and anxiety. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. I enjoy working with adults, children, and adolescents, tailoring my approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

Building a strong connection with each person I work with is at the heart of my therapy approach. I believe everyone has a story that deserves to be heard with empathy and without judgment. Alongside creating a safe space for healing, I also provide education and insight to help clients better understand the challenges they’re facing. Together, we work toward growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to be truly heard and understood. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share, explore, and grow at your own pace. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools and skills to support your healing journey—helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience.
