Great to meet you!

Being human is a vulnerable and difficult experience that we all too often walk alone. I entered the mental health field to walk hand in hand with clients. I have worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for 4 years in a variety of settings including community mental health and college counseling. My goal as a therapist is to build a safe place for you to share your struggles, gain insight, and work towards feeling like your best self, whatever that may be for you!

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of modalities to tailor treatment to be the most beneficial for clients. I believe in the humanness of therapy and work from a person centered approach. I have a strong background in evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I hope to build rapport and learn more about your goals, who you are as a person, and what makes you uniquely you!
