Great to meet you!

Counseling is the gateway that aids with navigating and understanding how to reach growth and assurance. For 6 years, I’ve supported those who struggle with daily stressors, mental illness and addictions. My experience ranges from working with young teens to adults by using a variety of therapeutic techniques. With moral support being vital, I can walk with you through the process of unblocking those barriers that prevent you from growing mentally and spiritually.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Displaying a time for self reflection and an empathetic personality is my approach in counseling. I have assisted clients, both individually and in groups, with struggles ranging from anger management, substance abuse and relapse prevention, stress and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of severe mood disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

Offering the skills necessary to function from day to day is important. I offer life skills, anger management and daily function resources that will aid individuals with progressing through life with more of a positive mindset that leads to regaining assurance in themselves.
