Great to meet you!
I began my professional life in financial marketing consulting after graduating from Cornell University, where I saw firsthand how success on paper often comes with a quieter, internal cost. Many of the people around me (myself included) were high-achieving and driven, yet privately navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and a constant pressure to keep going. That perspective continues to shape the way I work today.
I later transitioned into clinical work, earning my graduate degree from New York University and training as a psychotherapist with a focus on anxiety, relational patterns, and trauma. I work primarily with high-achieving men and women who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, and burnout—individuals who are capable and accomplished, but internally exhausted.
