Great to meet you!

I began my professional life in financial marketing consulting after graduating from Cornell University, where I saw firsthand how success on paper often comes with a quieter, internal cost. Many of the people around me (myself included) were high-achieving and driven, yet privately navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and a constant pressure to keep going. That perspective continues to shape the way I work today.

I later transitioned into clinical work, earning my graduate degree from New York University and training as a psychotherapist with a focus on anxiety, relational patterns, and trauma. I work primarily with high-achieving men and women who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, and burnout—individuals who are capable and accomplished, but internally exhausted.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is active and collaborative. I’m not here to just nod and agree—I’ll help you identify patterns, challenge the thoughts keeping you stuck, and build practical, sustainable ways to manage anxiety and show up differently in your relationships.

My work is grounded in a relational approach, focusing on your relationship with yourself, others, and the world—because lasting change happens when we address all three. If you’re ready to feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and more in control of your life, let’s connect.

What you can expect from me

I pay close attention to the relationship you have with yourself, others, and the world around you, because these patterns tend to show up everywhere—including in therapy. Our work together focuses on making sense of these dynamics in real time, creating space for both insight and tangible movement forward. That being said, we will first work on building rapport before diving feet first into the work.
