Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families move toward healing. I enjoy working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem, identity issues and LGBTQ+ populations. I know that life can throw a lot at us, and the impact of those challenges can affect our relationships, mental health, and sense of self. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person-centered, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and strengths-based perspective. What does this mean for you? It means that therapy with me is collaborative—I don’t just give advice, but we work together to explore your unique experiences and needs. I take the time to listen and tailor my approach to best support you.

I believe in empowering you to understand your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so that you can create meaningful change. My focus is not just on alleviating symptoms, but on helping you build the tools and insight you need to thrive long-term. My role is to guide, support, and help you uncover your inner strengths, so you can step forward with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. From there, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify your goals, and begin to develop a plan that works for you. I’m here to listen, understand, and empower you to make lasting changes.
