Great to meet you!

I graduated from the George Washington University in Washington, DC with a Masters degree in Art Therapy, and went onto be a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC in both California and Colorado and a Registered Art Therapist ATR nationwide. I utilize a variety of modalities in the therapeutic work including ABFT attachment based family theory, trauma informed practices, IFS Internal Family Systems, DBT, ACT Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, creative art therapy, and other holistic techniques.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to empower clients to take steps towards a life they desire by building awareness. I wish to create a supportive space to explore what is no longer working in your life. My focus is with young adults and adolescents who might be struggling to love themselves, who want to understand how emotional wounds impact our present day relationships and views of the world. We would work well together if you are seeking to heal relationships or need support navigating life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I want to develop a trusting and supportive relationship. I offer a free phone consultation to answer any questions and see if we are a good fit. Check out my website for for info, www.lightofthewestcollective.com
