Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Cassie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm so glad you've made it here. It takes a brave person to recognize they want to make a change within themselves. Your struggle is human, and you don't have to make sense of it alone.

I have experience working with individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. I aim to create a calm, down-to-earth space where mindfulness and present-focused tools help you feel grounded and supported.

My approach to therapy

Your pain is your portal - an invitation directly to the soul. Your pain is asking for your attention - it carries insight, emotion, and parts of you that are asking to be seen. When you begin to turn toward it, rather than away, something shifts. Real change doesn’t come from pushing feelings down. It comes from allowing them. From making space for the tears, the truth, and the experiences that never had a voice. If you’re ready, we can walk through together.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just about starting the conversation. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, what’s bringing you in, and what you hope to get out of therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether I’m a good fit for you! You don’t need to have everything figured out—just showing up is enough, and we’ll take it from there.
