Why We'll Work Well Together

  • I understand that many of my clients are used to being the strong one for everyone else. Therapy offers a space where you don't have to carry that burden alone.
  • My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. You don't need to have everything figured out or appear "put together" when you walk into session.
  • I believe healing happens when we can better understand our emotions, reconnect with ourselves, and develop self-compassion rather than self-criticism.
  • Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to your values, needs, and sense of self.

If you're looking for a supportive space to process life's challenges, heal from past experiences, and build a healthier relationship with yourself, I'd be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself; without judgment, pressure, or the need to minimize what you're going through. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you better understand your emotions, experiences, and patterns of relating to yourself and others.

I integrate approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-focused interventions. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, survival strategies, and nervous system responses may be impacting your current challenges while building tools for greater emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic illness, caregiving stress, disordered eating, burnout, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, develop a stronger mind-body connection, and move through life with greater authenticity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
