Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist fit is incredibly important and I strive to offer a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I am a clinical psychologist licensed in South Carolina, Illinois, and Virginia. I received my PhD in clinical psychology from George Mason University. I work with children, adolescents and adults with a specialization in evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, and body image concerns.

My approach to therapy

Depending on the unique needs of each patient, we will work together to discuss what therapy approach will be most beneficial. For example, I often work with families when treating children and adolescents, while adults may benefit from individual psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan to help you meet your goals.
