Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in the state of Illinois. I have worked with both adolescents and adults across extended residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. I have supported individuals navigating challenges such as substance use and behavioral addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, interpersonal struggles, shame, harm OCD, and codependency.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I emphasize self-advocacy while tailoring support to each person’s unique needs. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, I tend to incorporate motivational interviewing, attachment theory, IFS/parts work, DBT, CBT, ACT, and client-centered techniques into my therapeutic practice.

What you can expect from me

Our initial sessions focus on understanding your primary concerns and building a treatment plan centered on your needs and values.
