Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale.

Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside. They are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, or the quiet weight of “holding it all together” for everyone else. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone—and you are not broken.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I create a space where you don’t have to perform or filter yourself. We can talk honestly about what’s working, what isn’t, and the patterns that may have once protected you but no longer serve you. I blend practical tools with deeper emotional work, helping you gain insight while also building real-life strategies you can use outside of session.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I bring years of clinical experience to my work. But more importantly, I bring presence, curiosity, and respect for your story. I believe anxiety makes sense. I believe depression has roots. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and empowered to change.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself more fully, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a life that feels steadier, more aligned, and more intentional.

If you’re ready to do meaningful work in a supportive and grounded environment, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both compassionate and practical. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to try something new.

In our work together, I pay close attention to the patterns underneath the surface—how past experiences, relationships, and coping strategies may still be shaping your present. Many of the behaviors that feel frustrating or confusing today once served a purpose. Rather than judging those patterns, we work to understand them, gently untangle them, and build healthier ways forward.

I blend insight-oriented therapy with practical tools you can use in everyday life. That means we don’t just talk about what’s hard—we develop strategies to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve communication, and strengthen resilience. I want you to leave sessions not only feeling heard, but also equipped.

I’m collaborative in my style. Therapy isn’t something I “do” to you; it’s something we build together. I’ll offer observations, ask thoughtful questions, and at times gently challenge you—always with respect and care. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully, without fear of judgment, and begin to feel more grounded and confident in yourself.

Above all, I believe you are not broken. You are responding to life in the best way you’ve known how. And together, we can help you respond in ways that feel steadier, healthier, and more aligned with who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different in your life.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, current stressors, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. You can move at your own pace.

Most importantly, this first meeting is about helping you feel comfortable and supported. By the end of our session, we’ll begin outlining a direction for our work together so you leave with clarity about next steps.
