Hello! I am so glad you are here. My name is Cathy Clifton and I am a National Certified Licensed Professional Counselor. I obtained my Master's Degree from Liberty University. I later added a secondary Master's in Trauma and Crisis Response as well as several certifications. My career has been focused on Trauma, PTSD, and those who struggle due to abuse or traumatic events that have happened in the past or are ongoing I am trained in various counseling modalities.

My approach to therapy

Your goals are very important to me and together we will develop the tools you need to move forward in life.

When we meet, there is absolutely no judgement from me. My desire is to build a working relationship with you, so that you flourish and move on to the next chapter in your life.

I offer after hours support if and when it is needed. I want each client that enters to now they are valued and supported.

I offer a very inclusive experience with my clients. I am here to help you reach your therapeutic goals and if you are unsure of just what that might be. We will figure that out together. You are not alone!

I never want someone to be in counseling longer than they feel is necessary for them. We will strive to reach and achieve the goals and outcomes important for you.
