Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, painful experiences, family challenges, or the stress of everyday life begin affecting the way you think, feel, and show up for the people who matter most. You may feel like you're carrying everything on your own or wondering if things can ever feel different. The good news is that you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I specialize in helping clients work through ADHD, anxiety, family issues, anger management, grief and loss, and trauma. I work with adolescents and adults because I believe healing begins with feeling understood and accepted for who you are today. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and create meaningful changes that continue supporting you long after therapy ends.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you can be honest about what you're experiencing while also gaining practical tools to help you move forward. We'll work together to better understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences shaping your life, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build strategies that fit your unique goals. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it provides practical, evidence based skills for recognizing unhelpful thinking patterns and creating healthier behaviors. Together, we can work through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional regulation, stress, grief and loss, ADHD, trauma, and everyday challenges while tailoring every session to your individual needs, strengths, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is compassionate, direct, and genuinely invested in your success. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and approachable, and when the moment is right, I don't mind bringing a little humor into the room because healing doesn't always have to feel heavy. I'll meet you with honesty, encouragement, and respect while helping you celebrate progress, navigate setbacks with self compassion, and build practical tools you can rely on outside of our sessions. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more confident, more resilient, and empowered to create the life you want.
