Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Cerena, and I'm grateful you're here. Are you feeling burned out, anxious, or unsure how to move forward? Many of my clients come to me when life feels heavy or unclear. For 14 years, I have welcomed individuals, just like yourself, to openly express your pain, suffering and frustrations in the format that is most comfortable for you and at your own pace. You may be adjusting to a life transition, managing stress, or simply ready to focus on your own growth. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and rebuild clarity and confidence, without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) (my favorite approach!), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to help you build resilience, manage anxiety and depression, and reconnect with what matters most. My approach is warm, practical, and empowering, focused on helping you create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I provide virtual therapy for adults and seniors across Rhode Island. Whether you’re seeking growth, support, or direction, I’ll meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward. Let’s start the conversation. Call or email me to begin your healing journey!
