Great to meet you!

I'm Cesar Pacheco, a licensed therapist. I earned my degree from Cal State Fullerton and specialize in men's issues, anxiety, body image, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in treating the whole person and creating a safe, open space for self-exploration. Humor is a key part of my approach, helping to foster connection and ease in the therapeutic process. I'm here to support your growth and healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred, and the work starts there. I view the client as the expert in the room, and I create a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is empathetic, but I also use gentle confrontation when needed to help clients move forward. I aim to foster growth through collaboration, always holding space for the client’s unique experience while gently challenging them when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

I understand that therapy can feel awkward at first, and my goal is to create an environment where everyone feels as comfortable as possible. I present myself as my authentic self, fostering openness and trust. By doing so, I hope to encourage clients to tap into that same genuine energy, allowing them to feel safe in sharing their thoughts and emotions. My aim is to create a space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth.
