I am a LGBTQIA+ Black artist and creative guide with access to many forms of healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in New York, Registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer (RDT/BCT), and a Doctoral Student in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of the Cumberlands.I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts Performance & Psychology from State University of NY at New Paltz and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy from Lesley University. I am a supervisor, wellness practitioner, clinical and treatment planning consultant, group facilitator, professor, and more. I am an effervescent and empathetic person, and I aim to truly see and support you. I collaborate with you to meet your needs and help you realign your soul to achieve a sense of peace.

My approach to therapy

I use a Trauma-Informed and culturally aware approach to treat individuals, couples, families & groups. I have experience in Expressive Therapies, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sober Living, working with Court-Involved youth and families, and LGBTQIA+ community.I believe in utilizing my creativity to enhance others’ creativity in the therapeutic process. I ensure that individuals & groups feel safe, seen, and heard throughout the therapeutic process. I am passionate about improving accessibility to quality mental health care.I am BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Neuro-diverse, HIV/AIDS, Kink, ENM & Poly allied.
