I graduated from Rutgers School of Social Work with a Master of Social Work (MSW). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed to provide therapy to residents of Florida and New Jersey. I specialize in providing reproductive mental health therapy. I'm a mom of five, including identical twins, and I bring my lived experience to my work with clients.
While my focus is on reproductive mental health, I also work with individuals outside of these stages who are seeking support with anxiety, relationships, or other life transitions or challenges, including chronic pain. I enjoy incorporating parts work, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory into my work with clients, alongside other therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I am also trained in EMDR. I am deeply committed to size-inclusive therapy and providing a welcoming, non-judgmental space to explore body image, societal pressures, and self-acceptance.
Clients can expect a warm, empathetic, and sometimes humorous space where honesty and directness guide our work. I tailor sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit each client’s unique needs, helping them gain insight, practical tools, and the resilience to navigate life’s challenges.
