Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chandni Bhatia, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, sleep challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed by chronic stress, family expectations, or patterns that are difficult to change on their own. My background includes integrative mental health and mind-body approaches that support both emotional healing and nervous system regulation. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded, clear, and supported in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on the mind-body connection. In addition to talk therapy, I integrate approaches like Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and parts-based work to help clients understand how past experiences and chronic stress affect their nervous system today. I also speak to clients about the importance of nutrition and sleep to improve trauma healing and emotional regulation in order to restore a sense of vitality. Together, we explore patterns, build practical tools for regulation, and create space for deeper healing. My work is depth based and I aim to help clients move beyond just coping and toward feeling more balanced, confident, and connected to themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what’s bringing you to therapy right now. I’ll ask about your current challenges, important life experiences, and what you hope might change through our work together. My goal is to create a calm and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and a direction for the work ahead.
