I have 15 years of experience working with adults, couples, groups, and first responders. I've worked in a variety of mental health care settings and have extensive experience working with clients dealing with relationship and attachment issues.
A client-centered/strength-based approach is necessary to increase self-awareness, health, and overall wellness. I firmly believe early attachment within the family of origin indicates how individuals will form and interact in various relationships throughout their life span.
It is my goal, as a therapist, to help clients identify strengths to cope with conflicts on their journey of self-discovery. I focus on utilizing those strengths to help couples "get back to intimacy,” and to help individuals become more confident, assertive, and self-aware!
