Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Creative Arts Therapist and psychotherapist with a Master’s in Drama Therapy. I integrate creative arts with evidence-based approaches to help adolescents and young adults (ages 10-24) navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and academic and social pressures, as well as issues with social media influence. My goal is to create a safe and exciting space where youth can develop coping skills, explore emotions, build resilience, and rediscover their inner strength through creativity. (Virtually and in-person on a case-by-case basis.)

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Creative Arts Therapist, my approach with my clients is grounded in compassion, creativity, and collaboration, all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Sometimes, words aren’t enough to express what we feel. Creative expressions, like symbolic art, storytelling, drama, mask-work, role-play and sand tray therapy provide a safe and exciting space to explore, access and process what’s often stored in the subconscious.

What you can expect from our first session

The goal of my work with clients is to encourage their emotional release and relief; encourage new insights and perspectives; and a deeper connection to self. I share tools for encouraging self-expression, and healing and resilience. My approaches foster increased confidence and empowerment, and a sense of joy and playfulness, as well as support and validation.
