Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience providing care in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I work with adults 18 and older and specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, along with related concerns such as stress, sleep difficulties, grief, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe mental health treatment works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. I take time to understand each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits their needs.

In our work together, my goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable discussing what you are going through. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, mood changes, or life stressors, we will work collaboratively to identify strategies and treatments that support long-term stability and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we focus on getting to know you, gathering important background information, and identifying the concerns you would like to address. This also gives us an opportunity to begin building rapport and discussing potential next steps in your care.
