My approach to therapy

Initially, I try to see what the client sees and how this is effecting their ability to cope with their world. As the client is comfortable with therapy the counselor encourages the client to set goals and decide the pace they wish to work. At the same time I am letting the client know I am listening for to their problem for feelings they may missing while helping them develop solutions to the problems

What you can expect from me

Accepting where the client is in facing a problem, an understanding of the goals the client develops and what the client needs to do achieve their goals.
