Great to meet you!

I believe in each person’s capacity for resilience and change, even when that capacity feels difficult to access. My approach is grounded in building a genuine, supportive therapeutic relationship where you can feel understood, not judged, and gently challenged when helpful.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience in intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and private practice settings. My educational and professional background has shaped my work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, and life transitions.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, while tailoring therapy to each client’s needs. My goal is to help you build practical tools, deepen insight, and move toward a life that feels more sustainable, intentional, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible, collaborative, and person-centered. I do not believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all, so I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing depending on your needs and goals.

Together, we may focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns, while also building practical skills to help you navigate challenges more effectively. I aim to balance insight with action, so therapy can help you better understand yourself while also making changes that feel sustainable and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you are hoping to get out of the process. We may explore your current concerns, relevant history, goals, and the patterns or challenges that feel most important to address.

I try to make the first session feel collaborative, approachable, and not overly pressured. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I’ll answer any questions you have, explain how I work, and begin identifying possible tools or next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of how we may move forward.
