Great to meet you!

Over the years I have worked with many wonderful clients who have shared their trauma, hopes and fears. We have engaged in a collaborative effort to empower them to reach their goals and to live a less stressful more productive life. I understand that talking with a therapist takes courage and I have great respect for client's who make the decision to do so. We each are trying to be our best and I humbly offer to help you in this process.

My approach to therapy

Working collaborative with the client develop a conceptualization of the circumstances leading to their difficulties. Then search for and implement the changes in thinking, feeling and living that will empower them to live a happier life.
