Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and an Army veteran. As someone with lived experience in long-term recovery, I intentionally specialize in helping people break free from addictive behaviors, reconnect with their values, and build more meaningful lives. My approach is nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and focused on motivating healthy behavioral change. Whether you are exploring sobriety, in early recovery or seeking longer term support, I am here to serve as a guide. I will walk with you, compassionately and respectfully. We will move at your pace, explore your needs and choose the tools that best support you on your path.

My approach to therapy

As a master’s-level clinician, I utilize evidence based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also offer optional somatic practices that support emotional regulation and I welcome clients who wish to incorporate faith and spirituality into their personal recovery journey.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to reduce stress, define boundaries, set recovery goals, and create space between stimulus and response. You can expect to feel more hopeful and to find a renewed sense of control over your life. Arriving here you have already taken an important first step, I encourage you to take the next and reach out to set a time to connect.
