I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I work primarily with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts or high-risk behaviors, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to young people and their families. I'm passionate about providing evidence based and compassionate care to Black folks, particularly Black women. In addition to my clinical work, I've held leadership and supervisory roles and is committed to making high-quality mental health care more accessible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. While I draw from research-supported frameworks, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the patient.
